Please do join us for our United Service at 10.30am on Sunday 6th February at Holy Ascension, Oddington when all seven parishes combine to worship together.
REJOICE
We are launching a new evening service of contemporary worship and gospel preaching for all ages.
Beginning on 6th February 2022 this service will be at Holy Ascension Church, Oddington, GL56 0XA at 6-7pm on the first Sunday of each month. Suitable for youth, families and the young at heart it should be an exciting and uplifting service.

We have been reviewing our vision for the group of Evenlode Vale Churches and in connection with this we have updated our logo and strap line with the invitation: Why not get involved?
Each of the eight churches in the seven parishes that make up the Evenlode Vale Churches is an integral part of the community it serves. We invite you to join us for our Sunday worship, sign up for our Lent courses and get involved!
Could you be our next Administrator?
The Evenlode Vale Churches are recruiting for an Administrator.
We are looking for someone who:
has the gifts to provide administrative support for the Evenlode Vale Churches ministry team in order to enable them to prioritise preaching and sharing the gospel
will provide this support by responding to enquiries, liaising with ministers, wardens and relevant people outside the benefice
is able to be pro-active in their duties, particularly in organising the Benefice diary
will oversee communication in the Benefice, including maintaining the website and distributing publicity
is fully aware of the safeguarding requirements pertaining to such a position and is willing to help organise DBS checks and safeguarding training across the Benefice.

Lent Course
We are planning a centralised LENT course this year on Tuesday evenings, starting on Tuesday 8th March, at Broadwell Village Hall
Please do look out for more details on church noticeboards. We would love you to join us as we prepare for Easter.
Central Prayer
Our next Central Prayer meeting will be on Saturday 5th February at 9.30am at The Rectory, Broadwell. Prayer underpins everything that we do in the Evenlode Vale Churches. Please join with us as we pray for our parishes, and the wider community. All are welcome.
Pastoral Care
If you or anyone you know has any pastoral concerns please contact the churchwarden in your parish who will organise support and liaise with the clergy providing someone to pray with you if needed. Lists of churchwardens can be found on our website: www.evenlodevalechurches.org or in the entrance way/notice boards of each of our parish churches.
