Various organisations are coordinating aid for Ukrainian refugees.

Bledington to Ukraine
A couple from Bledington , Marianna Tomassi and her husband, are driving from Bledington to the Poland-Ukraine border. They are looking for donations of essential items for Ukrainian people fleeing war.
Required items are:
Socks, Underwear, Thermals, Warm outer clothing, waterproofs,
Blankets, Duvets, Pillows, Sleeping bags, Camping mats, Thermal blankets
Flasks for hot drinks, Battery power packs, Hot water- bottles, all kinds of new batteries, Torches,
Paracetamol, ibuprofen, plasters, sterile gauze dressing, tourniquets, Disposable gloves, antiseptic wipes, female sanitary products
Any canned or tinned food, instant soup, cereals, dried fruit, energy bars
if you would like to donate something please stick to the list, other items cannot be transported.
Items can be dropped off at either Bledington Shop or Trewithen, Stow Road, Bledington (opposite banks farm) by Tuesday 15th March.
